7 Day Return & Refund Policy

At Jenzie, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear pictures of the product (if damaged/defective)

Once approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the parcel.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping (Pakistan – Post/Exchange Model)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • Jenzie is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof 

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care


6. Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

  • Customers will be required to cover exchange shipping costs.


7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp regarding approval.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

    • Or original payment method (for prepaid orders)

Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
