Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days after confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed after order verification.

  • Prepaid orders are processed once payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Partner

We ship nationwide across Pakistan through our trusted courier partner, PostEx.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (subject to availability).


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Major Cities: 4–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 6–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For COD orders:

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.

  • Courier riders may attempt delivery multiple times as per PostEx policy.

  • Failure to respond to confirmation calls or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

  • JENZIE reserves the right to restrict COD service for customers with a history of refused orders.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.
You may track your parcel directly through the PostEx tracking system using your tracking number.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational issues

  • Political disruptions or unforeseen circumstances

JENZIE is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or events beyond our control.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or returned.

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply.


9. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the parcel.

  • Immediately contact us with photos or video proof.

Claims made without evidence may not be entertained.


10. International Shipping

Currently, JENZIE ships within Pakistan only.
